Hey, welcome to Mission Hills. So good to have you with us this weekend, whether you're joining us in person in one of our campuses or online from somewhere around the world. Just really glad to have you with us for week number two of our series called Crossroads. And if you're just joining us, lemme get you caught up real quick.

What we're doing this series is we're talking about the fact that every day we come to a crossroad, it's actually probably multiple crossroads where we have to make a decision. Am I going this way or am I going that way? And I'm not gonna call it left or right because we're not gonna be political about it, but.

Let's call it the World's Way. In God's Way. Okay. How about that? We have to make decisions about going the World's way or God's way and the reality is that we don't find ourselves out those crossroads on really neutral territory because it turns out. That there is an enemy camped at the crossroads who's got a vested interest in making sure we go the wrong way.

Okay? But it's not just that we have to deal with the enemy. The reality is that God is actually making sure that we have what we need to be able to make the right choice when we come to these moments throughout our day where we have to choose which direction we're gonna go. And so this, there's this interesting reality.

The Bible says that God will never let you be tempted beyond what you're able to bear. Do you know that? That's good news and bad news, isn't it? It's good news that like, okay, so you know, God's not gonna let it come at me if I can't handle it. The bad news is every time that you didn't handle it well, it's your fault.

I love you. It, but it's your fault. It's my fault. Because God says, I will never let you be tempted beyond what you're able to handle. So if we use that excuse, it was just, it was too much. The temptation was too great. No, it ...
