And today, we come to an incredible story of Jesus healing a blind man named, Bartimaeus. The healing of Bartimaeus points to the wonderful reality that Jesus has the power make us whole and shows How Faith Can Open Your Eyes. READ TEXT - PRAY

- *It's estimated that around 10 million people in the U.S. and over 36 million worldwide live in complete blindness. It's a staggering thought. Across the world, at least 2.2 billion people have some form of vision impairment, with about 1 billion cases being preventable. The leading causes of blindness globally? Refractive errors and cataracts, and sadly, only 36% of people can access the care they need. While it's easy to focus on those physical numbers, let's not forget the spiritual blindness we all face. While many walk in physical darkness, the Bible teaches us that all of humanity walks in spiritual blindness apart from Christ.*

- *When Jamie Foxx took on the role of Ray Charles for the movie, Ray, he didn't just want to play a blind man; he wanted to feel what it was like to be blind. So, every morning, he would cover his eyes with a special prosthetic blindfold and go through the entire day in darkness. He didn't take it off during breakfast, lunch, or dinner. And even when the cameras weren't rolling, he kept the blindfold on. He wanted to understand what it meant to rely on others for every step, every moment. Foxx later talked about how disorienting and frustrating it was to have no sight, to depend completely on others for guidance. But here's the truth: while most of us may have sight, many are still blind to the deeper realities of faith. We walk around seeing with our eyes but not with our hearts*
