INTRODUCTION
Take your Bibles and turn with me to the Old Testament book of Esther.
According to the US Census Bureau this past week, the world's population is 7,919,501 - and
counting.
So far this year, there have been over -
- 96,285,000 births
- 40,399,000 deaths
Every day, there are -
- over 300K babies born,
- more than 180,000 people die,
- when you put all of that together, the world's population grows by over 170k people
daily.

But here's the truth - you are the only you in all the world. There's nobody else like you!
Illustration: Like one of my preacher friends said, "Always remember that you're unique! Just
like everybody else."
You're the only you in all the world. There's nobody else on the planet that has your -
-family lineage
- personal journey
-troubles and triumphs
You are the only person on the planet with your -
- convictions
- personality and character
- skills and abilities
- appearance
- voice
- style
- relationships
- connections
- memories
- YOU are the ONLY YOU!
Here's why that is so important.
POEM: Edward Everett Hale,
"I am only one,
But still, I am one.
I cannot do everything.
But still, I can do something;
And because I cannot do everything
I will not refuse to do the something I can do."
The pages of history are filled with stories of how a single man or woman made all the
diference.
