Text: 1 Samuel 1:1-28

Happy Mother's Day. (TEXT CALL) Please note the title of the message. All of us can
identify with that because we all 'learn' from mom! What Mom's teach (TIC):

- About logic: "If you fall out of that tree and break your neck, don't come crying to me."
- About maturity: "Eat your vegetables or you'll never grow up."

- About time travel: "If you don't straighten up, I'm going to knock you into the middle of next week!"
- About contradictions: "Shut your mouth and eat your dinner!"
- About contortionism: "Will you look at the dirt on the back of your neck?"
